There has been some minor damage in the Old House garden overnight from Storm Callum. Luckily, it’s mainly things like larger plants that have fallen over, leaves all over the place and apples blown as far as the house. We still have some flowers in the garden and, this morning, I picked some of the remaining left overs to enjoy in the house. Working full time, I don’t have the time now to get into the garden as much as I’d like so my annuals have come to an end and the garden is looking a little neglected! I’m planning a weekend of gardening if the weather permits me! It’s pouring with rain here in Wiltshire this morning so we shall see.
Six on Saturday is a place to share six things in your garden on a Saturday. Everyone is a friendly bunch so if you’d like to join in please do head over to The Propagator Blog to find out more.
1. Chocolate Cosmos
2. Echinacea ‘green jewel’
3. Bottle brush
4. Ivy and rose hips
5. Hawthorn Berries
6. Pond net
There is my Six everyone. Happy gardening!
