It’s Easter Saturday and the weather is like a summers day. It’s absolutely glorious and quite warm with 22 degrees forecast for this afternoon. This lovely weather has meant that the tulips and blossoms are blooming quickly and then are over quickly too! The rest of the garden is racing ahead, growing like crazy after holding back with the late frosts we had earlier this month.
Scent, blossoms and tulips
Six on Saturday this week has been about getting into the garden, keeping up with the weeding, potting on seedlings in the greenhouse, sowing more seeds and relaxing with a cuppa in the sunshine. Having this week off work has been so lovely as I’ve managed to just sit, mindfully taking in the garden and enjoying the scent from all the blossoms and flowers. I’ve also feel like I’m on too of the garden at this point which may change once I’m back at work!
Now to my Six for this week. If you would like to join in, head over to The Propagator Blog to find out more.
